I had been wanting to experiment with clotted cream for a while, so a few weeks ago Shamus and I went to the St. Lawrence market to see if we could find some. Tucked away in the far corner, we found a small jar of delicious, fatty English Devonshire cream. When we got home, I found an amazing recipe for raspberry scones. In the last month, I've made these scones 4 or 5 times, sometimes leaving out the clotted cream, depending on how indulgent I'm feeling (one tsp = 40% of your daily saturated fat).
